Stroller Strides
Stroller Strides is now at the Commons at Calabasas - 9:30 - 10:30 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, soon to expand to five days a week! Meet at the Community Stage. We offer a total workout that combines walking and jogging with intervals of strength, toning and stretching using your stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. Classes are for all fitness levels!
The first class is FREE, so come get fit, meet new mom friends and have fun! We also offer playgroups, moms nights out, and community and family activities.
